| 摘 要： | 目的本研究旨在探讨血清细胞因子IL-6和IL-10在支气管哮喘患者中的浓度变化以及在诊疗中意义。方法 40例支气管哮喘(Asthma)患者及20例健康对照者,入院时进行肺功能检杳,同时抽取静脉血,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定血清中的细胞因子IL-6(白细胞介素6),IL-10(白细胞介素10)的浓度。结果提示IL-6和IL-10细胞因子参与支气管哮喘发病的机制。结论支气管哮喘的血清IL-6和IL-10的浓度明显高于健康对照组(P0.05)。
