心理干预对冠状动脉旁路移植术病人术前焦虑和心肌缺血的影响

目的：探讨心理干预对冠状动脉旁路移植术病人术前焦虑和心肌缺血的影响。方法：将41例接受冠状动脉旁路移植术的冠心病病人随机分为观察组（21例）和对照组（20例），对照组接受一般心理干预，观察组接受依据准确期待论制定的干预措施。测定并比较两组病人术前焦虑值、心率、血压和心肌缺血发生情况。结果：心理干预后观察组术前各阶段心率、血压、焦虑值均显著低于对照组（P＜0．05，P＜0．01），待手术期观察组心肌缺血事件亦显著少于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：心理干预可缓解冠状动脉旁路移植术病人术前焦虑和减少术前心肌缺血事件的发生。

Effect of Psychological Intervention on Preoperative Anxiety and Incidence of Myocardial Ischemia of Patients with Coronary Artery Bypass Graft

Objective To study the effects of psychological intervention on preoperative anxiety and myocardial ischemia of patients with coronary artery bypass graft. Methods Forty one patients with coronary artery bypass graft were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group ( n =21) and control group ( n =20). The patients in the experimental group were subjected to psychological intervention according to the theory of accurate expectations, while those in the control group received ordinary psychological intervention. Preoperative anxiety, heart rate, blood pressure and incidence of myocardial ischemia in the two groups were monitored and compared. Results The heart rate and blood pressure before operation approached normal level in the patients of the experimental group. Anxiety was reduced in the experimental group as compared with that in the control group ( P < 0.01 ) and incidence of myocardial ischemia was increased in the experimental group as compared with that in the control group ( P <0.05) after psychological intervention. Conclusion The special psychological intervention could reduce the preoperative anxiety and incidence of myocardial ischmia of the patients with coronary artery bypass graft.
