| 摘 要： | 医院间转运患者的通气控制即使对有经验的工作人员来说也可能十分困难。喉罩通气已被证实无论应用于成人还是儿童均不失为一种安全可靠的通气装置。校对2例先天性气道畸形婴儿采用喉罩通气顺利完成了医院间转运作一报道,并进行了文献回顾。喉罩通气在医院间转运新生儿中的应用@

| Abstract: | Airway control during interhospital transport may present enormous management difficulties, even for experienced personnel. The laryngeal mask airway is an airway management device that has been established as a safe reliable tool in adult and pediatric practice. We describe 2 cases of successful interhospital transfer of infants with congenital airway malformations with the use of the laryngeal mask airway, and we review the literature. |
