| 摘 要： | 经过15年艰苦谈判,中国年内加入WTO大局已定。国内各界对加入WTO的认识并不完全一致。有些同志认为,中国经济基础薄弱,产业结构调整过程中尚有许多困难未能解决,加入WTO无疑是“引狼入室”。谈到WTO,无非两句话:经济全球化,贸易自由化。实际上,全球化、自由化是一个相当长的过程,它反映了一种发展趋势。事实上,这种趋势谁也回避不了,当务之急是掌握“与狼共舞”的本事,取其利、除其弊。
