嘉善县1987～2000年女性乳腺癌发病趋势分析

目的：了解嘉善县1987-2000年女性乳腺癌的发病情况。方法：对嘉善县肿瘤登记的乳腺癌发病资料进行统计分析。结果：嘉善县1987-2000年女性乳腺癌的粗发病率为12.7/10万，中调率为8.0/10万，世调率为10.1/10万，占全部恶性肿瘤的构成比9.5％，居女性恶性肿瘤发病的第5位，平均发病年龄为51.9岁，高峰年龄为45岁-年龄组，经统计学分析发病率呈上升。结论：嘉善县女性乳腺癌的发病趋势尽管呈波浪式起伏，但总体呈上升趋势，可能与女性初潮年龄提早、母乳喂养率下降、生活水平提高、饮食结构改变等有关。

An Analysis of the Incidence Rate Trend of Breast Cancer in Jiashan County, 1987～2000

Objective To understand the incidence rate tendency of breast cancer in Jiashan county from 1987 to 2000. Methods The data of the registered incidence cases of breast cancer in the county were used to be analyzed. Results The incidence rate during 1987-2000 was 12.7 per one hundred thousand with a 9.5 percent of cancers in all sites, which was located in the top fifth. The age adjusted incidence rate by China population was 8.0 per one hundred thousand and by the world population was 10.1 per one hundred thousand. The peak ages for incidence of the cancer was the group aged >45, with a average age 51.9. During the years of 1987 to 2000, the incidence rates showed an increasing trend. Conclusions The incidence rate trend in Jiashan county went upward totally.
