| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小儿头皮静脉穿刺固定装置的研制与临床应用.方法:将儿科门诊输液962例婴幼儿随机分为两组,对照组320例采用传统的多人按压方法; 观察组642例采用自制小儿头皮静脉穿刺固定装置的方法.结果:两种方法的固定效果及两组患儿头皮静脉穿刺一次成功率比较,观察组明显高于对照组,均有显著性差异(P<0.01).两组患儿临床满意度比较,观察组家长和医护人员的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:此固定装置提高了穿刺成功率,避免了患儿的痛苦,并能最大限度地降低因固定不妥造成的穿刺失败,操作简便易行,在临床上具有较高实用性及推广应用价值.
