栽培祁州漏芦化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究栽培祁州漏芦地上部分的化学成分。方法:利用溶剂提取、柱层析和波谱数据分离并测定化合物结构。结果:从栽培祁州漏芦地上部分的氯仿萃取部分分离得到2种化合物,经鉴定为夏至矢车菊内酯和β-蜕皮甾酮。结论:与野生祁州漏芦地上部分相比,栽培祁州漏芦地上部分含有更多的夏至矢车菊内酯,但蜕皮激素含量却较低。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of cultivated Rhaponticum uniflorum (L.) DC. Methods: After extraction with ethanol, the extract was separated by the solvent parting , chromatography and spectroscopy. Their chemical structures were identified by the spectral data of UV, IR and EI-MS. Results: Two compounds, centanvepension and β-ecdysterone, were isolated from the aerial parts of the plant. Conclusion: Compared with the aerial parts of wild Rhaponticum uniflorum (L.) DC., the aerial parts of the cultivated plant have more centanvepension but less phytoecdysteroids.
