培达治疗糖尿病合并下肢动脉闭塞症的疗效观察

目的：观察培迭（西洛他唑）治疗糖尿病合并下肢动脉闭塞症的效果及安全性。方法：选择糖尿病合并下肢动脉闭塞症患者30例，给予西洛他唑治疗，观察并检测治疗前后症状体征、双下肢血管直径及峰值血流速度、肝肾功能、血尿常规、血脂及血液流变学等指标。结果：治疗后患者主观症状改善率〉85％；双下肢血流峰值速度有显著性增加（P〈0．01）；血、尿常规，肝、肾功能等各项指标治疗前后无明显差异。结论：西洛他唑对糖尿病合并下肢动脉闭塞症是一种安全有效的药物。

Effect and safety of cilostazol in the treatment of arterial occlusive symptoms of low limbs in patients with diabetes

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of c ilostazol in the treatment of arterial occlusive symptoms of low limbs in diabet ic patients. Methods Thirty diabetic patients with established a rterial occlusive symptoms were selected and 50 mg of Cilostazol was administere d twice a day for the first week and 100 mg at the same remedy for the rest of t welve weeks. Before and after the treatment, the symptoms were rated and the vas cular diameters, peak blood velocity of the low limbs were detected. In addition , the blood and urine routine as well as the concerned blood biochemistry were t ested. Results Obvious improvement of the symptoms was found in more than eighty-five percent of the patients (P<0.01). Their vascular diam eters and peak blood velocity were increased as measured on the right posterior tibial artery (P<0.05,P<0.01) No significant side-effects were found. Conclusion Cilosrazol is safe and effective when used in the tr eatment of arterial occlusive symptoms of low limbs in patients with diabetes.
