摘    要:中南大学湘雅医学院设计的课程体系从有利于培养医学生临床技能的角度出发,医学基础教学与临床教学紧密结合,突破了传统“三段式”本系设置模式,通过对两组在不同课程设置体系下培养的医学生的的临床技能进行比较性分析,结果显示:实验组的技能考核成绩比对照组高(P<0.05),在考核与病例相关的医学理论知识及处理临床实际问题的能力方面更为突出,另外,反馈调查结显示新课程体系对于加强毕业生后期管理和提高学生的学习兴趣更为有效。

Abstract:A breakthrough was made in the traditional curricular mode of "Three Periods" by a newly designed courses in Xiangya Medical College,Central South University,which closely links teaching of basic medical courses with clinical work from the start point to promote clinical skills of medical students.A comparative analysis of relevancy was made between the clinical skills of the two groups cultivated by two different systems of courses,and the result indicated that skills evaluation of experimental group are better than those of the control group ( P <0.05),and obvious differences were shown in both medical theories relating to cases and abilities to deal with clinically concrete problems.And feedback investigations also showed that the newly designed system of courses had produced a better effect on both the management of students in the months before graduation and on the increase of interests in their studies.
