银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液联合阿托伐他汀对心源性脑卒中患者血液流变学及血小板集聚率的影响

目的:探讨银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液联合阿托伐他汀对心源性脑卒中患者血液流变学及血小板集聚率的影响。方法:选取九江市第一人民医院2019年12月至2020年6月期间接收的60例心源性脑卒中患者作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为2组,即对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗。比较两组血液流变学、血小板集聚率及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗前血液流变学相关指标与血小板集聚率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,观察组高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血沉、纤维蛋白原及血小板聚集率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液联合阿托伐他汀可显著改善心源性脑卒中患者血液流变学及血小板集聚率,且安全性高,值得推广应用。

Effects of Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine Injection Combined with Atorvastatin on Hemorrheology and Platelet Aggregation Rate in Patients with Cardiogenic Stroke

Objective:To investigate the effect of Ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection combined with atorvastatin on hemorrheology and platelet aggregation rate in patients with cardiogenic stroke.Methods:Selected 60 patients with cardiogenic stroke who were received from December 2019 to June 2020 by Jiujiang First People's Hospital as observation objects,and they were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method,namely 30 cases in each of the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with Ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection on the basis of the control group.Compared the hemorheology,platelet aggregation rate and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two group.Results:The related indexes of hemorheology and platelet aggregation rate were compared between the two groups before treatment,there was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the high-cut whole blood viscosity,low-cut whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,Erythrocyte sedimentation rate,fibrinogen and platelet aggregation rate of the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistical significant difference in the comparison of the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection combined with atorvastatin can significantly improve the hemorrheology and platelet aggregation rate in patients with cardiogenic stroke,it has high safety,which is worthy of popularization and application.
