五维联动培训对新入职护士自我导向学习能力与核心素质的影响

目的 观察五维联动培训对新入职护士自我导向学习能力与核心素质的应用效果。方法 选择五维联动培训模式实施前(2017年1-12月)和实施后(2018年1-12月)我院的新入职护理人员各40例为研究样本, 按照实施前后将其设为对照组与观察组, 对照组接受传统临床实践教学模式干预, 观察组在对照组基础上加用五维联动培训干预, 采用自我导向评定量表和护士核心能力量表对2组进行评估。结果 干预后观察组自我导向评分和核心能力评分均显著高于对照组(t=52.075, P<0.001;t=73.770, P<0.001)。结论 采用五维联动培训模式对新入职护士进行干预, 可显著提升其自我导向学习能力与核心素质。

Application of five-dimensional linkage training in improving the self-directed learning ability and core quality of new nurses

Objective To observe the application of five-dimensional linkage training in improving the self-directed learning ability and core quality of new nurses.Methods Forty nurses coming to our hospital in 2017 were selected into a control group,while 40 counterparts newly recruited in 2018 were chosen into an observation group.Both groups were taught in the traditional clinical practice teaching mode,while the experimental group was additionally provided with the five-dimensional linkage training.Then both groups were evaluated using the self-directed learning scale and the nurses′core quality scale.Results After the intervention,the self-directed learning and core competence scores of the newly recruited nurses in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=52.075,P<0.001;t=73.770,P<0.001).Conclusion The five-dimensional linkage training can be used to significantly improve the self-directed learning ability and core quality of newly recruited nurses.
