Clinical Observation of Adapalene Gel Combined with Licorice Zinc Granules in the Treatment of 42 Cases of Acne Vulgaris

Objective:To explore the effect of Adapalene gel combined with Licorice Zinc granules on the number of skin lesions in patients with acne vulgaris.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2020,85 patients with acne vulgaris who were treated in Jiaozuo Second People's Hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.42 patients were treated with Adapalence gel combined with Licorice Zine granules as the observation group,while 43 patients treated with Licorice Zine granules as the control group.The two groups were treated for 2 month.The clinical efficacy,number of lesions and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 2 months of treatment,the number of pustules,nodular cysts,acne and papules of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adapalene gel combined with Licorice Zinc granules can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the number of skin lesions in patients with acne vulgaris.
