护理行为质量及预控指标体系在静脉输液中的应用研究

目的 细化输液流程,关注要素质量,规范护理行为标准,提高过程预控能力.方法 依据标准,2007年9～12月共抽查护理人员215名.实施跟踪过程质量及护理行为评价后2008年9、10月共抽查护理人员436名.以静脉置管为例比较两组在查对行为、操作行为、消毒行为、沟通行为、安全行为质量的变化.结果 两组的质量指标差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.001),关键环节的行为质量有效落实,加强了过程管理的预控和风险防范,主动控制输液质量.结论 护理行为质量的控制是管理方法 有终末转向环节,缺陷控制突出了预防为主,主动控制输液质量,达到持续改进的效果.

Application of the nursing behavior quality and the system of pre - control index on venous transfusion

Objective To confine the process of venous transfusion concern about the elements of quality, standardize the nursing standards of conduct, improve the ability of process control Methods The process of venous transfusion was confined, the action targets were refined, and the quality standards were developed. Then, 215 nurses were checked randomly basing on these standards during September to December in 2007. After conducting tracking process quality and evaluation of nursing behavior, 436 nurses were checked randomly during September to October in 2008. The changes between the two groups were compared at the following aspects: checking behavior, operation behavior, disinfection acts, communication behavior and safe behavior quality. Results There was statistical significance between the two groups in quality indicators (P<0. 001 ) . The effective implementation of conduct quality of key links and active control of the quality of transfusion enhanced the pre - control process management and risk prevention. Conclusions Conduct quality control of nursing is the management methods shifting from terminal to link, and defect control stresses the value of prevention. Active control of the quality of venous transfusion, and achieving continual improvement of the effectiveness make nursing control more scientific, standardized and programmed.
