摘 要: | 目的 探讨高血压患者的血液流变学指标变化.方法 对206例高血压患者组和120名健康对照组的血液流变学检查结果进行分析研究.结果 高血压组和健康对照组的血流变学检测结果比较,除空腹血糖无明显变化外,高血压患者全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、胆固醇、甘油三酯、纤维蛋白原均显著增高( P〈0.01).红细胞沉降率、红细胞沉降率方程K值、红细胞聚集指数和刚性指数有明显升高( P〈0.05),而红细胞变形指数和电泳指数有明显降低( P〈0.05).结论 该结果证实了高血压病理过程中存在着血液流变性异常及微循环障碍,在治疗高血压的同时,应注意改善血液粘稠度,从而有利于全面降低其合并症发生的危险性.

Abstract: | Objective The study is to analyse blood rheology for patients with hypertension and to discuss blood rheology changes for patients with hypertension. Methods The method conducts the analytical study of 326 cases,which consists of 206 patients with hypertension and 120 healthy control group' blood theology checking and compare the testing results.Results Hypertension group and the healthy control group of blood rheology testing results showed that the hypertension group' s whole blood viscosity,the blood plasma viscosity, the hematocrit,the cholesterol,the triglycerides,fibrinogen were significantly increased(P〈0.01).In addition, the hypertension group's erythrocyte sedimentation rate,erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K value,the red blood cell accumulation index and the rigidity index have been increased significantly (P〈0.05).However,the erythrocyte deformability index and electrophoretic index decreased considerably(P〈0.05).Conclusion The results confirm that hypertension pathology process has the blood rheology exceptionally and the microcycle barrier, while treat- ment of hypertension should pay attention to improvement of blood stickiness,which is advantageous to reduce the risk of its complications. |
