地尔硫卓与赖诺普利对高血压病患者胰岛素抵抗影响的对比研究

摘    要:目的:对比地尔硫卓与赖诺普利对高血压病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:选择60例有胰岛素抵抗的高血压病患者,随机分两组,治疗组服用地尔硫卓,对照组服用赖诺普利。测定治疗前和治疗12周后空腹血糖、胰岛素、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平并测算出胰岛素抵抗指数(homeostasis model approach-insulin resistant index,HOMA-IR)。结果:治疗组用药后的空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素和HOMA-IR均较用药前下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),对照组用药后的空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素和HOMA-IR未见明显下降,组间比较有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论:对伴有胰岛素抵抗的高血压病患者,服用地尔硫卓可降压同时能改善胰岛素抵抗,比赖诺普利更为有效。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the influence on insulin resis-tance in the patients with hypertension between Diltiazem and Lisinopril. Methods:60 HBP patients with insulin resistance are selected and randomly divided into the treatment and contrast groups. The treatment group was administered with Diltiazem and the contrast group with Lisinopril for 12 weeks. We observe the FPG、FINS、TG、HDL and HOMA-IR before and after the drug therapy.Results:After administration,the FPG,FINS and HOMA-IR of the treatment group are significantly lower than before (P0.05). Meanwhile ,these figures of contrast group have a clear decline. The difference between two groups are significant. (P0.05).Conclusions:To the HBP patients with IR,using Di-ltiazem not only can lower the blood pressure but also can improve the IR,which is more effective than Lisinopril.
