| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刀疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者11例，局麻下以汉章牌4型针刀松解皮损区及相应脊柱旁，每周1次，共3～7次。结果全组患者疼痛均获得明显缓解，远期随访（6个月～1年）VAS评分由术前（6．3±1．3）降至术后（2．5±1．3），疗效稳定。结论针刀疗法是治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of needle knife therapy for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Eleven patients with postherpetic neuralgia received the lysis of the skin lesion and the corresponding paravertebral areas with a small needle knife under local anesthesia, one time per week, 3- 7 times in total. Results The pain in all patients was obviously relieved. VAS was significantly decreased from pretreatment （6.3±1.3） to posttreatment（2.5 ±1.3）. The effect was stable after long term follow-up （6 months to 1 year ）. Conclusion Acupotomy therapy is an effective method in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. |
