腰椎旁阻滞联合医用三氧注射治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症

目的比较腰椎旁阻滞联合医用三氧注射与单纯腰椎旁注射治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法急性期腰椎间盘突出症患者50例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各组25例。治疗组为椎旁阻滞联合三氧注射，对照组为单纯椎旁阻滞。观察比较治疗后两组VAS评分、VAS评分缓解率及不良反应。结果治疗后两组患者的VAS评分较治疗前均显著降低（P〈0．05），两组间差异亦有统计学意义。对照组优良率低于治疗组（P〈0．05）。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论椎旁阻滞联合三氧注射较单纯椎旁阻滞对治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症效果更为显著。

Efficacy of paravertebral nerve block combined with ozone injection for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in acute stage

Objective To compare the efficacies of paravertebral nerve block combined with ozone injection and lumbar paravertebral block in the treatment of patients with acute lumbar disc herniation. Methods Fifty patients with acute lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 25 cases in each group. Lumbar paravertebral block combined with ozone injection was used in the treatment group and lumbar paravertebral block only in the control group. VAS and the adverse reactions after the treatment were recorded. Results Compared with the pretreatment, VAS was significantly reduced after the treatment in the two groups （P〈 0. 05）. The excellent and good rates were lower in the control group than that in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. No serious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Conclusion Compared with the lumber paravertebral block, the therapy of lumbar paravertebral nerve block combined with ozone injection is much more effective in the treatment of acute lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
