比较不同介入方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

目的比较不同介入方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效，为临床提供更优化的介入治疗方法。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者186例，随机分为射频组、射频联合三氧组与胶原酶治疗组，术后各组均应用中药乌桂四物汤加减辨证施治，采用VAS疼痛评分法评定治疗前后各时期的疼痛变化。结果与治疗前相比，3组患者治疗后VAS评分均下降（P〈0．05）；射频联合三氧组治疗后各时点VAS评分低于其余两组（P〈0．05）。结论射频联合三氧重叠治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的疗效，优于射频、胶原酶治疗。

Comparison of the efficacy with different intervention methods for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of different intervention methods for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and provide the more optimized method for clinical application. Methods One hundred and eighty-six patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into radiofrequency, radiofrequency plus ozone injection （RF＋O3） and collagenase interventional treatment. All patients in the three groups were received the traditional Chinese medicine Wu-Gui-Si-Wu-Tang after the operation. VAS was recorded before and after the treatment. Results Compared with the pretreatment, VAS decreased after the treatment in all the three groups（P〈0.05）. VAS was lower in （RF＋O3） group than that in the other groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone injection is better than that of the radiofrequency ablation or collagenase treatment alone.
