后腹腔镜手术治疗肾囊肿20例疗效观察

目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的方法及疗效。方法：经腹膜后途径，采用腹腔镜技术对20例单纯性肾囊肿患者行囊肿去顶术，并与9例行开放性肾囊肿去顶术的患者进行比较。结果：经腹膜后途径手术的手术时间稍长于开放手术，腹腔镜手术患者的术中失血量及术后住院时间均显著少于开放手术（P＜0．01）。结论：腹腔镜手术是治疗单纯性肾囊肿创伤小、效果好的有效方法。

Treatment of simple renal cysts with reretroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery

Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic,treatment simple renal cysts and to compare with open surgery group. Methods 20 patients were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic unfoofing for simple realcysts, and 9 were treated by open surgery.The effects of treatment were compared between two groups. Results Compared with open surgical group the retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of renal cysts resulted in litter longer operation time. Laparoscopic group has significant less in blood loss and hospital stay than the open surgical group (P<0.01).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is a both minimally invasive and effective treatment for simple renal cysts. The operation time will be less as surgeons are more familiar with the procedure.
