伴攻击行为精神分裂症患者的人格特征及社会支持研究

目的探讨伴攻击行为精神分裂症患者的人格特征及社会支持的特点。方法对30例伴攻击行为的精神分裂症患者（研究组）和30例不伴攻击行为者（平行对照组）分别进行艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）和社会支持评定量表（SSRS）评定，分析其人格特征及社会支持的特点，并与30名健康者（正常对照组）作对照，两对照组的一般资料与研究组相匹配。结果研究组的EPQ—N、E、P因子分均显著高于平行对照组（P〈0．01），主观支持和对支持利用度两个因子分均显著低于平行对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。两组的EPQ—P、N因子分比正常对照组高而SSRS总分及因子分比正常对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论伴攻击行为精神分裂症患者具有神经质、外向不稳定性、精神病性的人格特点，对支持的利用不足，需要更多的社会支持。

A controlled study on personality trait and social support in schizophrenic patients with attack behavior

Objective To explore the personality trait and social support in schizophrenic patients with attack behavior. Methods Totally 30 schizophrenic patients with attack behavior （ the study group） and 30 cases without attack behavior （the parallel eontol group） were assessed with Eysenck personality questionnaire （EPQ） and were evaluated with social support rating scale （SSRS）. The data were compared with 30 healthy（ the normal control group）. The general data of the two control groups were well matched to the study group. Results The N, E and P factor scores of EPQ inthe study group showed significantly higher than those in the parallel control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and the subjective support and the degree of using support showed significantly lower than those in the parallel control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The P and N factor scoresof EPQ of both two groups showed significantly higher, but the total score and factor scores of SSRS showed significantly lower than those in the normal control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Schizophrenic patients with attack behaviortended to be characterized by neuroticism, extroversion and unstability, and psychotis. They lacked of using social support and needed more social supports.
