| 摘 要： | 本文用荧光分光光度法测定了6名健康受试者单剂量口服炎痛静溶液50mg后血药浓度。用NONLIN程序计算机对数据进行药物动力学模型嵌合,求得炎痛静体内动力学参数为:吸收速率常数Ka1.3331h~(-1),消除速率常数K0.0706h~(-1),表观分布容积V74.18L。

| Abstract: | The plasma levels of six healthy abult volunteers following the administration of single oral dose(50mg)Benzydamine Hydrochloride were deter-mined by fluorimetry.The pharmacokinetic parameters were fitted by non-linear least square method with TRS-80 computer on the basis of one com-partment model.The results showed that the absorption rate constant was1.333h~(-1),the elemination rate constant 0.07h~(-1) and the apparant distributionvolume 74.18L. |
