| 摘 要： | 目的观察IgA肾病（IgA nephropathy,IgAN）患者与正常人的血清热聚合IgA1（aggregated IgA1,aIgA1）对足细胞及系膜细胞增殖的影响。方法利用层析法获得IgAN患者与健康人的血清单体IgA1（monom eric IgA1,m IgA1）,将m IgA1热聚合为aIgA1,分别刺激小鼠MPC5足细胞及MSC-1097系膜细胞株,利用MTT法检测细胞增殖。结果①不同浓度aIgA1刺激组间足细胞MTT吸光度差异有统计学意义。相比于阴性对照组（SFM）,1 mg/m l、2 mg/m l组吸光度分别为0.456（P=0.033）、1.663（P=0.010）。②不同浓度aIgA1刺激组间系膜细胞MTT吸光度差异有统计学意义。相比于阴性对照组（SFM）,0.25 mg/m l、0.5 mg/m l、1 mg/m l组吸光度分别为1.667,1.736,1.772（P=0.000）,2 mg/m l组吸光度为1.148（P=0.086）。结论足细胞可能会直接对IgA1产生反应;aIgA1可以影响足细胞及系膜细胞增殖,且对两种细胞增殖的影响存在不同
