后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术（附109例报告）

目的]探讨后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗肾囊肿的临床效果.方法]109例肾囊肿患者均在全麻下行后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术,并同时用无水酒精处理囊肿残腔.结果]109例手术均获成功,手术时间25～95 min,平均42 min,术中出血5～20 mL,平均10 mL,住院时间为3～7 d,无严重并发症,术后随访3～24个月,无复发.结论]经后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术具有创伤小、恢复快、疼痛轻的优点,其疗效明显优于开放性手术,是治疗肾囊肿的首选方式.

Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Operation for Renal Cyst(a Report of 109 Cases)

Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoseopic operation for the treatment of renal cyst. Methods] A total of 109 cases with renal cyst underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing under general anesthesia. Meanwhile absolute alcohol was used to clean the remaining cystic cavity. Results] The operations were successfully accomplished in all of the 109 patients. The operation time was 25 -95min（mean 42min）. The intraoperative bleeding volume was 5-20mL （mean 10 mL）. The postoperative hospital stay was 3-7 days. All of the 109 cases were followed up for 3-24 months. There was no severe complication and recurrence. Conclusion] The retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing for the treatment of renal cyst has advantages such as less trauma and pain, and rapid recovery. It also has better effect than open operation, so it is the first choice for the treatment of renal cyst.
