桂西壮族和汉族儿童躯体虐待和情感虐待情况调查分析

目的了解壮族和汉族儿童受虐待情况,为采取预防措施,促进儿童健康成长提供依据。方法采用自编调查问卷,对6所学校五年级和六年级学生进行回顾调查分析。共发放调查问卷800份,收回有效问卷796份,有效率99.50%。被调查的796名学生中,汉族学生347人(男生185人,女生162人),壮族学生449人(男生226人,女生223人)。结果学生受过不同类型和不同程度的虐待率分别为61.38%和62.14%。汉族和壮族儿童受虐待率差异无显著性(P>0.05),乡镇小学女生受虐待率高于男生,差异有显著性(χ2=5.50,P<0.05);乡镇小学女生受虐待率也高于城市小学女生(χ2=4.07,P<0.05)。桂西壮族和汉族儿童受躯体虐待和情感虐待与儿童个人性格和学习成绩好坏有关。结论桂西壮族和汉族儿童受虐待率比较普遍,应加强法制宣传教育,预防虐待儿童事件发生。

An investigation on child physical and emotional abuse of Zhuang and Han nationalities in western Guangxi

Objective To understand maltreatment status of Zhuang and Han Nationalities in western Guangxi,and to provide scientific evidences for intervention measures and promoting children healthy pullulation.Methods A retrospective survey was conducted among 800 pupils(grade 5 and grade 6) at six primary schools by using self-administered questionnaire.800 questionnaires were contributed and taken back 796,effective rate was 99.50%,among the 796 pupils,347(185 boys,162 girls) were Han Nationality,Zhuang Nationality 449(226 boys,223 girls).Results 61.38% children of Han Nationality and 62.14% of Zhuang Nationality have being abused in different type and degree.There was no significant difference in maltreatment rate between Zhuang and Han Nationality(P>0.05),the girl abuse rate was higher than the boy abuse rate in the countryside(χ2=5.50,P<0.05),also higher than that of girls’ in the city(χ2=4.07,P<0.05).The influence factors of maltreatment were significantly associated with children’s behavior and their studies.Conclusion There was a higher child maltreatment rate of Zhuang and Han Nationalities in western Guangxi,in order to prevent child abuse,law education should be further strengthened.
