ATM基因与大肠癌放射敏感性关系的研究进展

摘    要:共济失调毛细血管扩张症因ATM基因发生突变所致,一个主要特征是对放射线极度敏感,使ATM成为研究辐射增敏的一个重要的契入点.ATM基因位于人类染色体的11q22-q23,其蛋白主要参与DNA的损伤识别和修复、细胞周期的调控.本文将就有关ATM基因的结构功能及与大肠癌放射敏感性关系的研究进行相关综述.

Abstract:Ataxia telangiectasia(AT) is an autosomal recessive disease,and the responsible gene is ATM.One clinical characteristic of AT is exquisite radiosensitivity to ionizing radiation.The ATM gene has been one of the most important targets in radiobiology field that are used to elucidate the mechanisms of radiosensitivity and radioresistance.This gene is located on human chromosome 11q22-q23 and is involved in the repair of DNA damage and regulation of cell cycle checkpoints.This article reviews the structure and functions of the ATM gene and the relationship between ATM and radiosensitivity of colorectal cancer.
