按揉合谷穴在阑尾切除手术中的应用

目的]观察减轻阑尾切除手术过程中的牵拉反应有效方法。方法]实验组30例采用按揉合谷穴配以言语引导;对照组30例只给予言语安慰。结果]实验组优良率80%,对照组优良率43%。结论]在阑尾切除手术中对患者的合谷穴进行正确及时的按揉,能很好的缓解和防治阑尾切除手术中因牵拉阑尾时所引起的不良反应。

Massasge Hegu Acupoint for Appendix Resection

Objective] To explore the traction relieve in appendix resection.Method] The experimental group 30 cases were massaged and guided with language;the control group 30 only with language comfort.Result]In experimental group,the excellence rate was 80%,and 43% for other group.Conclusion] In appendix resection,correct and timely Hegu acupoint massage can better relieve bad reaction caused by traction.
