冠心病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白的水平和意义

摘    要:目的通过测定血清超敏C反应(hs—CRP)蛋白的浓度,探讨超敏C反应蛋白与冠心病严重程度关系。方法采用胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法测定48例稳定型心绞痛(saP)患者,58例不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者,39例急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者和165例健康人血清超敏C反应蛋白浓度,并进行比较。结果SAP、UAP、AMI患者血清的超敏C反应蛋白浓度均明显高于健康人的浓度。根据冠状动脉病变程度采用随机方差分析,超敏C反应蛋白平均浓度在正常对照组、SAP组、UAP组、AMI组依次增高,两两比较均存在显著性差异,与冠脉病变程度呈正相关。结论冠心病患者血清中超敏C反应蛋白浓度比正常人血清浓度明显升高,C反应蛋白水平高低可反映冠心病患者病变的程度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and coronary heart disease.Methods High-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels in serial serum samples from 48 stable angina patients(SAP),58 unstable angina patients(UAP),39 impatient cardiac infarction patients(AMI)and 165 heath person were determined by particle-enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay.Results Hs-CRP levels of stable angina patients,unstable angina patients and impatient cardiac infarction patients were obviously higher than that of heath persons.Based on result of completely randomized variance analysis,Hs-CRP levels was increased successively from heath persons to stable angina patients,unstable angina patients and impatient cardiac infarction patients,showing significant difference.It was positive correlated to coronary condition.Conclusion Hs-CRP levels of inpatients with coronary heart disease is higher than that of heath person.The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein reflect the condition of coronary heart disease.
