高温作业女工健康状况的研究

摘    要:目的 了解高温作业女工的健康状况。方法 对从事高温作业的女工(高温组)238人及对照组女工246人的健康状况进行了调查研究。结果 高温组心电图异常率(29.83%)高于对照组(18.70%,P〈0.01),心电图的改变主要为窦性心运过速、左室高电压和左室大;贫血患病率高温组(7.56%)低于对照组(15.85%,P〈0.01);高温组月经异常患病率(41.95%)高于对照组(26.67%,P〈0.

Abstract:Objective In order to study on health status of women working in the hot environment. Methods Totally 238 women working in hot environment(exposed group) and 246 office women(control group) were studied. Results The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram in exposed group(29 83%) was significantly higher than that in control group(18 70%, P<0 01 ). The major changes of electrocardiogram were sinus tachycardia, left ventricular high voltage and left ventricular hypertrophy. The prevalence of anaemia in exposed group(7 56%) was significantly lower than that in control group (15 85%, P<0 01 ). The prevalence of menoxenia in exposed group (41 95%) was also found to be significantly higher than that in control group (26 67%, P<0 01 ). Menorrhagia, shortening or lengthening of menstrual cycle were the primary manifestation of menoxenia. Conclusion The working condition of hot environment would adversely effect women workers on the cardiovascular system and menstrual function.
