粉尘作业工人免疫球蛋白与超氧化物歧化酶的测定研究

为了研究粉尘作业工人的免疫球蛋白和超氧化物歧化酶的改变情况，探讨尘肺早期诊断的辅助指标。方法对男性的粉尘作业工人、非接尘工人和尘肺患者血清中免疫球蛋白及ＳＯＤ的含量检测。

Study the level of immunoglobulin and superoxide dismutase in dust-exposed workers

Objective To study on the change of the immunoglobulin and superoxide dismutase (SOD) level of the dust- exposed workers and seek for early diagnostic index of pneumoconiosis. Methods The level of immunoglobalin (IgG, IgA, IgM ) and SOD in the serum of 101 dust-exposed, 29 non-exposed workers and 20 patients with pneumoconiosis were measured. Results A higher proportion of increased content of immunoglobulin was found in serum of dust-exposed workers and of pneumoconeotic patients, whereas the SOD level on the other hand was lowered in both groups in comparison with that of non-exposed group. In addition, the patients with pneumoconiosis even showed a lower level of SOD than that of dust-exposed workers. Conclusion It suggested that the level of immunoglobulin and SOD in the serum might he helpful in the early diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.
