摘    要:目的:探讨颅内动静脉畸形(AVM)动物模型的栓塞可行性。方法:经颈动静脉吻合等建立以猪的颅底微血管网(ReM)为畸形团的AVM模型,分别用微粒和NBCA栓塞,取ReM、颈动静脉吻合口和脑做病理观察。结果:急性期见细胞变性坏死,中性白细胞浸润和血栓形成等。亚急性、慢性期为单核、异物巨细胞和淋巴细胞浸润,组织变性、增生和纤维化等。结论:ReM和人脑AVM栓塞病理改变相似,可用于栓塞病理研究。

Abstract:ve: To observe the embolizing pathological changes of the intracranial arteriovenous malformation (AVM) animal model for exploring the reason of the carotid-jugular anastomotic stoma(CJAS) occlusion and the feasibility of the model in the embolization studies. Methods: AVM models were established mainly by surgical anastomosis of carotid-jugular vessel with pigs, using their retes mirabile as AVM nidus. Emboliza-tions were performed respectively with embosphere and with NBCA. The rete mirabile, CJAS vessel and brain were removed for pathological examination. Results: There were the cellular degeneration and necrosis, the infiltration of neurtrophil and the thrombosis at acute histopathological reactions stage. At subacute and chronic stage, there were the mononuclear phagocytic and lymphocytic infiltration, the foreign-body giant cell refection, and the tissue proliferation, fibrosis and hyaline degeneration. Conclusion: Similar to man's AVM in pathological findings after embolization, rete mirabile is suitable for embolizing pathological stuides. The thrombosis is one of the reasons of the CJAS occlusion.
