摘    要:目的:检测年龄相关分子波形蛋白在不同月龄大鼠睾丸和附睾组织中的表达差异,研究睾丸和附睾在成熟和衰老过程中特征性分子表达的规律性改变,为研究男性生殖系统衰老提供实验依据。方法:运用免疫组织化学方法检测6月龄、12月龄、24月龄大鼠睾丸和附睾组织中波形蛋白抗体免疫反应强度,并对其进行比较分析。结果:波形蛋白在睾丸和附睾组织中表达模式为6月龄大鼠睾丸和附睾组织中低表达,24月龄大鼠睾丸和附睾组织表达明显上调(P〈0.05)。结论:波形蛋白表达随月龄增加而明显增强。说明睾丸和附睾组织的衰老与细胞和细胞信号转导异常密切相关。

Abstract:Objective: To examine the expressive differences of age-related molecular vimentin in the testis and epididymis tissues of different months old rats and to investigate the regular changes of the characteristic molecular expression in the process of maturity and senescence of the testis and epididymis so as to provide the experiment basis for the study on the senescence of male reproductive system, nethods:Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the immunoreaction of vimentin antibody in the rats testis and epididymis of 6 months old, 12 months old and 24 months old respectively and to carry out the analysis and comparison. Results:The expressive model of vimentine in the testis and epididymis tissues was that the 6-month-old rats were lower expression in the testis and epididymis tissues and the expression of 24-month-old rats were obviously higher in the testis and epididymis tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The expression of vimentin increased with ages. The results suggest that the senescence of the testis and epididymis tissues be closely related to the cell signal transduction abnormalities.
