摘    要:目的: 进一步了解近年来二丁酰环磷腺苷钙的用药安全性, 为临床用药提供指导。方法: 2010-2014年某院上报27例二丁酰环磷腺苷钙不良反应(ADR)报告, 对其临床资料及不良反应进行回顾性分析。结果: 不良反应大多见于甲亢性心脏病患者, 主要表现为恶心呕吐, 且均出现在二丁酰环磷腺苷钙输注将近结束或结束后0.5 h左右, 持续半小时至数小时不等, 不用特殊处理, 可自动消失。通过多因素回归分析发现, 性别、年龄、TSH、FT3、FT4是甲亢性心脏病患者发生不良反应的危险因素(P<0.01), 其中年龄和TSH与不良发应的发生成负相性关。结论: 甲亢性心脏病患者使用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙有一定不良反应构成比, 临床应酌情使用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To further comprehend security of calcium dibutyacyladenosine cyclophosphate and provide information for adverse drug reactions (ADRs) monitoring and rational drug use.METHODS Through 27 adverse drug reactions from 2010 to 2014 in our hospital, clinical charactors and ADRs were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS All ADRs were almost found in patients with hyperthyroidisim, and involved in nausea and vomiting. All ADRs found nearly at the end of calcium dibutyacyladenosine cyclophosphate infusion or within 0.5 h after infusion, and lasted for half an hour to several hours. These ADRs disappeared spontaneously without special interventions. Multi-factor regression analysis suggested that ADRs in patients with hyperthyroidisim were associated with sex, age, TSH, FT3 and FT4 (P<0.01). Age and TSH were negatively associated with the ADRs.CONCLUSION Patients with hyperthyroidisim have a high risk of ADRs of calcium dibutyacyladenosine cyclophosphate, and should be treated seriously.
