新疆汉、维族成年人25(OH)D 与心血管疾病危险因素的关系

摘    要:摘要:目的 了解目前新疆乌鲁木齐汉、维族成年人维生素D营养状况,探讨25(OH)D水平与心血管疾病危险因素的相关性。方法 选自2013年5月在新疆乌鲁木齐采用横断面方法随机抽取汉族1 046名,维吾尔族812名进行体格检查及问卷调查,测定各项生化指标,应用相关和Logistic回归分析相关性。结果 (1)维生素D缺乏广泛存在,维族女性缺乏(92.2%);(2)相关分析25(OH)D水平均与年龄、性别、吸烟、活动量程度有关。控制以上影响因素及相应的服药史后25(OH)D水平与SBP、HbA1c、FPG、TC、TG、UA呈负相关,仅维族与DBP、LDL-C呈负相关;(3)Logistic回归分析显示,25(OH)D水平与汉族高血压、高空腹血糖、高尿酸血症显著相关,与维族腹型肥胖、血脂紊乱、高尿酸血症显著相关(P<0.05)。结论 新疆乌鲁木齐维生素D普遍缺乏,25(OH)D水平与年龄、性别、吸烟、活动量程度、糖脂代谢、血压、尿酸的关系及与部分心血管疾病危险因素的显著相关性存在民族差异。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective This study was aimed to identify vitamin D nutritional status and associations of 25(OH)D with cardiovascular disease risk factors among Uygur and Han adults in Xinjiang Urumqi. Methods A cross-sectional survey was performed in Urumqi in May 2013, including 812 Uygur and 1046 Han adults subjected to medical examinations and questionnaires, to determine biochemical indicators. The statistical methods of correlation and regression analysis were applied. Results (1) Both Uygur and Han adults had vitamin D deficiency. Uygur women accounted for the highest vitamin D deficiency (92.2%). (2) Correlation analysis showed that 25(OH)D was associated with age, gender, smoking, and activity degree. Controlling the above factors and drugs history, 25(OH)D had negative correlation with SBP, HbA1c, FPG, TC, TG, and UA. Only DBP and LDL-C was correlated negatively in Uygur. (3) Logistic regression analysis showed that 25(OH)D levels were associated with hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia in Han, and 25(OH)D levels were associated with abdominal obesity, dyslipidemia and hyperuricemia in Uygur (P<0.05). Conclusion Both Uygur and Han adults had general vitamin D deficiency in Xinjiang. 25 (OH) D level was related with age, gender, smoking, exercise, blood pressure, glucose and lipid metabolism, uric acid. Ethnic differences were associated with cardiovascular disease risk factors.
