摘    要:摘要:目的 建立化妆品原料中钯的电感耦合等离子质谱测定法。方法 样品经微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子质谱法测定。结果 钯在0~100 μg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),低浓度和高浓度重复性分别为0.7%和3.6%,日间精密度分别为6.1%和7.4%,加样回收率为 105%。方法检测限和方法定量限分别为0.010 mg/kg、0.033 mg/kg。结论 该法专属性强、简便、灵敏和准确度高,可用于化妆品原料中钯元素测定。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To establish a method for detecting the palladium in raw material of cosmetics. Methods The raw material samples were digested with nitric acid, and then palladium in the sample solution was analyzed by ICP-MS. Results The linearity of the method was good among 0-100μg/L, with coefficient of correlation of 0.9999. The RSDs of the method were 0.7% for low concentration and 3.6% for high concentration, respectively. The RSDs of inter-day were 6.1% for low concentration and 7.4% for high concentration, respectively. The average recovery was 105%. The detection limit and compliance limit were 0.010 mg/kg and 0.033 mg/kg, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It can be used for the determination of palladium in cosmetics raw material.
