2014年贵州省健康人群麻疹IgG抗体监测结果分析

摘    要:摘要:目的 了解贵州省部分县健康人群麻疹IgG抗体水平,为制定麻疹防控策略提供科学依据。方法 采集10县10个乡(镇)8个年龄组<1岁~≥20岁人群血清标本2 552份,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果 检测2 552份血标本,麻疹IgG抗体阳性率为94.40%。8个年龄组中,<1岁组麻疹IgG抗体阳性率最低,为82.24%,其余阳性率均高于93.29%。10个县中以威宁县的麻疹IgG抗体阳性率最低,为79.92%,其余县阳性率均高于91.25%。未接种麻疹类疫苗和接种史不详的人群中麻疹IgG抗体阳性率最低在<1岁组,接种1剂次以上疫苗后,麻疹IgG阳性率高于95%,接种2剂次与3剂次麻疹类疫苗后阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.121,P=0.728)。结论 加强健康人群麻疹IgG抗体的监测,发现免疫薄弱地区和乡镇是消除麻疹的关键。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To understand measles vaccination levels of healthy population in some counties of Guizhou province, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of prevention and control measures for measles. Methods 2552 serum samples were collected from eight age groups (including aged <1, 1~2, 3~4, 5~6, 7~9, 10~14, 15~19, and ≥20years) of healthy population in 10 townships of 10 counties, and measles IgG antibody were detected by ELISA. Results 2552 serum samples were tested, and measles IgG antibody positive rate was 94.40 percent. Among eight age groups, the lowest IgG antibody positive rate of measles was under one year, and occupied 82.24 percent, the other age groups were all above 93.29 percent. The measles IgG antibody positive rate of Weining county in 10 counties was the lowest, and occupied 79.92 percent. The other counties were all above 91.25 percent. The lowest measles IgG antibody positive rate was under one year in non-vaccination history or unknown vaccination history. The measles IgG positive rate was above 95 percent with inoculation more than once measles vaccine. The positive rate did not show significant difference between inoculation two measles vaccines and three measles vaccines (χ2=0.121, P=0.728). Conclusion It is necessary to eliminate measles by strengthening the surveillance of measles IgG antibody for healthy population and finding the weak areas.
