婴幼儿心理行为发育与产后抑郁的关系研究

目的:对400例婴幼儿心理行为发育的影响因素进行了调查分析,探讨了产后抑郁对婴幼儿心理行为发育的影响。方法:选择在我院出生的正常健康婴幼儿400例,母亲有产后抑郁的200例,没有产后抑郁的200例,进行婴幼儿的一般情况调查,并采用0～6岁儿童神经心理发育测验方法,对婴幼儿发育商进行评价。结果:研究显示,母亲产后抑郁是婴幼儿发育商偏低的主要影响因素。母亲有产后抑郁组的婴幼儿单项发育商低于母亲没有产后抑郁组的婴幼儿,五项单项发育商差异显著(P<0.01),前者的总发育商低于后者10.94分,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:产后抑郁对婴幼儿心理行为的发育有较大影响,应采取有效的干预措施,及早进行早期教育,早期智能开发,从而促进儿童早期综合发展。

Study on the relationship of infant mental behavior growth and postpartum depression

Objective:To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of 400 infant mental behavior growth and to discuss the effect of postpartum depression on infant mental behavior growth.Methods:400 normal infants were selected to divide into two groups,including 200 infants' mothers with postpartum depression and 200 infants' mothers without depression.A personal survey for infants should be done.And the measurement method of 0~6 old infant neuro-behavioral development was employed to evaluate their DQ.Results:According to the research,mother's postpartum was the affecting factor inducing lower DQ.Single DQ of infant with mother in the group of postpartum depression were lower than that with mother without depression,and five single DQ showed great different(P<0.05)for different group.Total DQ of the front one was less of 10.94 than the latter one and(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postpartum has obvious effect on infant mental behavior growth.Therefore,it is necessary to take on effective intervention measures and carry out early education and early IQ development in advance.Finally,early comprehensive development can be promoted for infant.
