李光荣教授妇科经验举隅

李教授认为子宫内膜异位症与子宫肌瘤虽同属症积，但病因病机、主要临床症状不完全相同，用药亦有所不同。子宫内膜异位症病因虽然复杂，但辨证关键为气虚血瘀，治以活血化瘀为主，攻积而不伤正，以中药内服、局部用药、灌肠等综合疗法治疗。子宫肌瘤的主要症状为月经量多，病机重点为瘀血与痰湿相胶结而成，治以通瘀散结，使瘀去则血行有道。

Prof.Li considered that the endometriosis and hysteromyoma are attributed to abdominal mass in TCM,but their etiology,pathogenesis and application of drugs are completely difference.Although,the etiology of endometriosis is complex,but the key of syndrome differentiation is qi-deficiency and blood-stasis,the therapeutical principle of mainly activating blood circulation and removing blood-stasis should be applied,a comprehensive therapy of oral medication of Chinese herbal drug,local application of drugs and enema were given for the treatment.Hysteromyoma mainly manifested as menorrhagia,the mainly pathogenesis is the coagulation of blood-stasis and phlegm-damp,while the therapeutical principle of removing blood-stasis and dispersing stagnation should be applied.
