| 摘 要： | 目的调查该院癌症患者三阶梯止痛药的应用现状和趋势。方法对2006年～2008年该院癌症患者三阶梯止痛用药金额、用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果癌症患者三阶梯止痛用药金额、用药频度均逐年增加；吗啡类制剂逐渐成为癌症止痛药的主流；缓控释制剂价格偏高。结论该院癌症患者三阶梯止痛治疗趋于合理，建议进一步加强癌症患者三阶梯止痛宣传，合理调控价格。
