Survivin在侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达及其与bcl-2、bax表达的关系

目的探讨凋亡抑制基因survivin在侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达，及其与bcl-2、bax蛋白表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶连接法（SP法），检测39例侵袭性垂体腺瘤瘤组织中survivin、bcl-2、bax蛋白的表达，与非侵袭性垂体腺瘤32例进行对照。结果侵袭性垂体腺瘤中survivin蛋白阳性表达率为61．5％，明显高于非侵袭性垂体腺瘤的阳性表达率21．9％（P〈0．01）；在侵袭性垂体腺瘤中survivin蛋白表达与bcl-2蛋白表达呈正相关（P〈0．01），而与bax蛋白表达呈负相关（P〈0．01）。结论survivin可通过抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡，对侵袭性垂体腺瘤的发生、发展起重要作用，并与凋亡相关基因bcl-2、bax在侵袭性垂体腺瘤的发展中分别起协同和拮抗作用。

The Expression of Survivin and Its Relationship with the Expression of bcl-2 and bax Protein in Invasive Pituitary Adenoma

Objective To study the expression of apoptosis related gene survivin and its relationship with the expressions of bcl-2 and bax proteins in invasive pituitary adenoma. Methods Expressions of survivin, bcl-2 and bax protein were detected by immunohistochemical method (SP) in 39 cases of invasive pituitary adenoma, and compared with those in 32 cases of noninvasive pituitary adenoma. The correlation between them was analyzed. Results Expression of survivin protein was detected in a significantly greater proportion in invasive pituitary adenoma than that in noninvasive pituitary adenoma(P<0.01). Expressions of bcl-2 and bax proteins were positively and negatively correlated with expressions of survivin protein respectively. Conclusion Survivin may play an important role in pathogenesis of invasive pituitary adenoma; apoptosis related gene bcl-2 may have a synergic role and bax has an antagonistic role with survivin gene in formation and progression of invasive ituitary adenoma..
