实习护生针刺伤情况调查分析

目的：调查实习护生针刺伤发生情况、引起针刺伤的主要环节、原因、有无戴手套及回套针帽的习惯、对针刺伤的处理方法，以采取有效的预防措施。方法：采用自行设计问卷调查表，对2009年6月至2010年5月在福建医科大学附属第二医院实习的100名护生进行问卷调查，收集并分析问卷。结果：被调查实习护生中90名被针刺伤过，占90％，大多数发生在白天的班次，认为被针刺伤最大的危害是感染HIV、HBV、HCV占84．4％；35．6％的护生认为被污染针头刺伤后感染机率很大，60％的护生认为机率很小，但是存在可能性。80％护生被针扎后都懂得挤出少量血液用流动水清洁伤口后用消毒液消毒后包扎。结论：临床实习护生防护意识淡漠，针刺伤发生率高，分析被刺伤环节及主要原因，加强防护意识，采取减少针刺伤的措施及进行系统的针刺伤防护培训教育，减少针刺伤的发生。

Nursing Students Analysis of Needle Stick Injuries

Objective： To investigate nursing students occurrence of needle stick injuries, injuries caused by the main part of acupuncture, reason, with or without wearing gloves and returned to the habit of needle cap on the treatment of needle stick injuries, to take effective preventive measures. Methods： A self-designed questionnaire, on the June 2009 to May 2010 at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University,100 nursing students practice questionnaires, collect and analyze questionnaires. Result： Surveyed 90 nursing students in over needle stick injuries, accounting for 90% ; Most of the frequency of occurrence during the day, Needle stick in juries that the greatest harm is infected with HIV, HBV, HCV accounts four 84.4% ;35.6% of the nursing student that the contaminated needle stick injuries after a great chance of infection, 60% of the participants that the probability is very samll, but the possibility exists. 80% of the nursing students were needle out of a small amount of blood after they know how to clean the wound with running water after disinfection with disinfectant after dressing. Conclusion： Protection awareness of clinical nursing students indifferent the high incidence of needle stick injuries, and the main pari of stab wounds, strengthening protection awareness and take measures to reduce needle stick injuries and systems of acupunc- ture injury prevention training and education, reduce needle injury occurred.
