CD44v6和C—erbB—2在子宫内膜腺癌的表达及临床意义

目的：探讨CD44v6和C－erbB-2表达与子宫内膜腺癌侵袭和转移的关系。方法：应用CSA（催化信号放大系统）免疫组化方法，对50例原发性子宫内膜腺癌组织进行了CD44v6和C－erbB-2检测。结果：CD44v6和C－erbB-2在子宫内膜腺癌中阳性率分别为70．0％和58．0％，CD44v6和C－erbB-2检测，结果：CD44v6和C-erbB-2在子宫内膜腺癌中阳性率分别为70．0％和58．0％，CD44v6和C－erbB-2表达与子宫内膜腺癌的分级，分期和转移相关（P＜0．05），结论：CD44v6和C-erbB-2表达对判断子宫内膜腺癌的恶性程度，预测肿瘤侵袭转移和评估预后的一种有意义的综合性生物学指标。

Expression of CD44v6 and C-erbB-2 in Endometral Adenocarcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of CD44v6 and C erbB 2 carcinogenesis,progression and metastasis of endometral carcinoma.Methods:The expression of CD44v6 and C erbB 2 in 50 cases of endometral adenocarcinoma was detected by catalyzed signal amplification (CSA) immunohistochemical technique.Results:The positive rate of CD44v6 and C erbB 2 was 70.0% and 58.0%,respectivly.CD44v6 and C erbB 2 were correlated with the histologic grading and clinical staging of endometral adenocarcinoma and correlated with metastasis ( P <0.05).Conclusions:These findings demonstrate that the positive expression of CD44v6 and C erbB 2 in endometral adenocarcinoma is useful mark to evaluate the degree of malignancy and biological behavior for tumors,and it can also predict the prognosis of patients.
