| 摘 要： | 目的建立一种急性心肌梗死病理模型的实验方法.方法采用自制的微电流刺激仪刺激犬冠状动脉(冠脉)血管外膜导致冠脉内急性血栓形成,并予生化和病理检测.结果成功制备10条犬急性心肌梗死模型,并经心肌酶学和病理检测证实.结论本文所建立的实验方法是一种简便、安全和有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To build an experimental way for acute myocardial infarction model.Methods The external surface of the coronary artery in the open-chest dogs were stimulated by micro-electric current stimulator for inducing the coronary arterial thrombosis.Another,pathological and biological-chemical examinations were performed.Results The model of acute myocardial infarction was established in the 10 dogs and were evidenced by the myocardial enzymes and pathology.Conclusion The experimental way is a safe and effective way to build acute myocardial infarction model. |
