| 摘 要： | 应用OKT单克隆抗体对活动性肝硬化和原发性肝癌患者外周血T细胞亚群及肝组织浸润的淋巴细胞表现型进行观察,并与年龄相近的健康人相比较。两组患者外周血都存在着T_4阳性细胞降低,T_8阳性细胞增加,T_4/T_8比值失衡;肝癌转移组与非转移组比较,T_4、T_8阳性细胞明显降低。活动性肝硬化肝组织浸润的T淋巴细胞是T_8阳性细胞,提示T_8介导的细胞毒作用在肝病宿主免疫反应中的重要性。

| Abstract: | The changes of T cell subsets in peripheral blood and resected specimens were observed in patients with active liver cirrhosis and primary hepatocellular carcinoma. As compared with control group, T_4/T_8 ratio was decreased significantly in these two groups. It results from decrease of percentage of T_4 positive cells and increase of T_8 positive cells. When we made comparison between metastasis and non-metastasis group with PHC, the significant decent of T_4 positive cells and T_3 positive cells were found respectively in metastasis group. From frozon liver sections of the patients with active liver cirrhosis, T_3 and T_8 positive cells were obsorved in portal areas. It was supposed that T_8 cell mediated cytotoxicity playing an important role in host immune reaction of liver disease. |
