预激综合征的心外膜标测及问题的探讨

本文对12例预激综合征并心动过速进行心外膜标测定位。在窦性节律或起搏下重点标测房室环两侧、测量A-V或V-A间期及参照电图R波起点与标测图R波起点距离,最短者为旁道定位点。本文12例均经手术治疗。笔者认为对合并器质性心脏病者,为保证安全宜先行插管不开放循环下进行标测。

EPICARDIAL MAPPING OF PREEXCITATION SYNDROME AND DISCUSSION OF SOME QUESTIONS

Epicardial mapping was performed in 12 cases of prcexcitation syndromes with tachycardia. The key points of mapping were put on the atrial and ventricular side of A-V ring of heart during sinus rhythm or pacing. A-V or V-A intervals and the distances between initaition of R wave in reference clectrogramand mapping electrogram were mea(?)ured. The shortest interval and distance were the point of bypass tract. The authors believed that in order to assure the safety, the mapping should be performed affer establishing bypass.
