白血病细胞的精胺免疫细胞化学研究

摘    要:采用精胺免疫细胞化学方法对30例白血病患者骨髓片进行细胞内定位观察,其结果急粒14/14,慢粒2/2,急单2/2例阳性。急淋11/11,浆细胞白血病1/1阴性。结果表明:(1)精胺主要分布在急粒、慢粒、急单的白血病细胞中,有量的增加,存在于大量的白血病细胞中,亦可散在出现。(2)在急淋及浆细胞白血病中,其白血病细胞呈阴性反应。精胺免疫细胞化学染色可做为粒细胞及淋巴细胞白血病鉴别的重要辅助指标。为探讨精胺与细胞分化,以及白血病分类提供了新的形态学研究基础。

Abstract:Intracellularly oriented obsiv ations were perfcimed for bone marrow smears in 30 cases of leukemia by spermine immunccytochemical method. Poitive results were in 14/14 of acute granulocytic leukemia, 2/2 of chrooic granulocytic leukemia and 2/2 of acute monocytic leukemia, while negative were in 11/11 of acute lymphocytic leukemia and 1/1 of plasma cell leukemias. The observations showed that: 1) spermine distributed mainly in leukemic cells of acute and chronic granulocyte, acute monocyte types and its quantity increased. Spermine might both existed in a large number of leukemic cells and scattered; 2) in acute lymphocytic leukemia and plasma cell leukemia, the leukemic cells showed negative response, while nonleukemic cells and granulocyte showed negative or weak positive. It could be believd that spermine immunoytochemical staining might be used as an important accessory index to distinguish the granulocytic leukemia from lymphocytic leukemia.Our research advanced the spermine study in the respect of the linking of function and morphology and offered a new morphological basis for the study of the relationship between spermine and cellular differentiation and for leukemia classification.
