OMENTAL LENGTHENINGREPORT OF 70 PATIENTS

Pedicled omental transposition was done in 70patients aged 14-60 years. The anatomical patternsof the omental arteries were observed as to the in-complete anterior omental arcade and the vascularconnections between the middle left or right omental arteries. Accordingly, dit'ferent methods wereused for tailoring and lengthening ot' the omentumaccording to the patterns. We described 5 patternsof the omental arteries and the corresponding Iengthening methods.
