| 摘 要： | 目的 观察75％氟化钠甘油(A)、30％草酸钾溶液(B)、GLUMA脱敏剂(C)、安替生凝胶(D)四种脱敏药物对牙本质敏感症的治疗效果。方法 将164例牙本质敏感症的208个牙随机分为A、B、C、D四组,分别用上述四种脱敏药物脱敏治疗一个疗程,并比较其疗效。结果 A、B、C、D四组脱敏总有效率分别为68.17％、71.15％、94.23％、96.14％,A、B两组分别与C、D两组比较。存在非常显著性差异(P<001)。结论 GLUMA脱敏剂剂和安替生凝胶是两种较为理想的脱敏药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of four kinds of desensitizer(75% sodium fluoride glycerin,30% ox-alate K,GLUMA desentsitizer and Anti- sensitivity jelly )on dentin hypersensitivity. Methods 164 patients(with 208 dentin hypersensitivity teeth totally ) were divided into four groups as effects of the four groups were compared with one another. Results Total curative effect rates of four between. A,B groups and C,D groups was significant satisicly. Conclusion GLUMA desensitizer and Anti - sensitivity jelly are two kinds of ideal desensitizer for the present. |
