血清白蛋白溴甲酚绿比色测定法最佳配方试验

摘    要:利用溴甲酚绿与血清白蛋白的特异性结合,测定血清白蛋白的含量。我们采用正交试验法优选试剂的最佳配方。结果:缓冲液的 pH 为4.6、BCG浓度为100mg/1006ml、30%聚氧乙烯十二烷基醚(Brij 35)为6ml/1006ml 的溴甲酚绿应用液为最佳配方,检测血清白蛋白含量准确,稳定性良好。

Abstract:The specific combination of the bromocresol green (BCG) with serum albu- min was made use of assaying for serum albumin.The applied solution BCG was characterized by that its composition was simple,the manipulation was easy,and a largd amount of specimen could be treated simultaneously.In mi- cro-automatic analytic colorimetry the pH values were no change,but in the various buffer solutions the results in detection of the pH were quite diffe- rent.In order to search a pH which had a larger buffer sphere,applying the othogonal test method,the authors optimized a best dispensing.The results were as follows:the pH of the buffer solution was 4.6,the concentration of BCG was 100mg/1006ml,and Brij 35 was 6ml/1006ml in 30% polyoxyacytate.
