| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针药合治阿尔茨海默病（AD）的临床疗效。方法：将60例AD患者分为中药组、针刺组、中药＋针刺组，每组20例，分别于治疗前后运用简易精神状态量表（MMSE）和阿尔茨海默病认知评价量表（ADAS—Cog）对其进行评分。结果：3组患者治疗后的MMSE评分均较治疗前显著升高（P〈0．01），ADAS—Cog评分均显著降低（P〈0．01）；且治疗后针药组的MMSE评分和ADAS—Cog评分分别与中药组及针刺组比较，均P〈0．05。结论：针药合治阿尔茨海默病疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect on Alzheimer disease treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medi- cine. Method： 60 cases of Alzheimer disease were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group. Cases were appraised according to MMSE and ADAS - Cog before and after treatment. Re- suits ： The score of MMSE after treatment rised significantly as compared with that before treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）, the score of ADAS - Cog after treatment degraded significantly as compared with that before treatment（P 〈0.01 ） ; The score of MMSE and ADAS -Cog in the acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine group had marked difference as compared with that in the traditional Chinese medi- cine group and acupuncture group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The therapy of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine was satisfactory for treating Alzheimer disease. |
