中年人原发性肝癌的临床处理体会

目的:分析总结中年(40~60岁)原发性肝癌患者的规范化综合治疗的意义。方法:随机选择中年肝癌患者88例,其中行一期肝叶切除23例,介入治疗26例(其中接受二期切除8例)。B超引导下无水酒精注射17例,全部患者配合免疫治疗和中药治疗。结果:肝切除患者1、3、5年生存率分别为79.5%,47.5%和36.1%,介入治疗者1、3、5年生存率分别为49.8%、22.4%和4.5%,HIFU治疗的1、3年生存率为56.2%和33.8%,无水酒精注射治疗组存活5年以上者3例,存活3年以上者5例。结论:以手术切除为主的规范化综合治疗对中年原发性肝癌患者有较好的疗效,是目前肝癌序贯治疗的合理手段。

The Treating Experience of Primary Liver Cancers in Middle-aged

Objective:The importance of middle-aged hepatcellular carcinoma of standard treatment was studied.Methods:23 cases were performed with the hepatotetomy,26 cases done intervention(8 patients were performed 2-stage hepatotomy,19 cases done HIFU,7 cases were injected with absolute alcohol induced by B-ultrasonic.3 cases done HIFU combined TACE.All the patients cooperated with immunity and Chinese medicine.Results:The 1-,3-,and 5-,year survival rates in the hepatectomy group were 79.5%,47.5%and 36.1%,the 1-,3-,year survival rates were 56.2% and 33.8% in HIFU group,the 1-,3-,5-,year survival rates in intervention group were 49.8%,22.4% and 4.5%,the patients who received absolute alcohol have survived for more than 3 years.Conclusion:The standeration therapy is the good means which major in hepatectomy with primary liver cancer because of its curative effect.
